Port Hedland salt flats
Peter Eastway

We arrived at the edge of the mine early in the morning. There’s a public road heading out to the coast and no fences, so we walked out onto the edge of the salt to await the sunrise. The pond behind us was full of water and mirror smooth, so we had all took the obligatory sunrise shot, but it was looking away from the sun that was of more interest for most of us.
